Yes, it literally saved my sleep schedule. I was going to bed at 10am and waking up at around 7pm and it was this fricked for years. After i started taking it my sleep improved A LOT and i started to go to bed at 9pm and wake up 5:30am at one point. I literally can only sleep well now because of melatonin, if i dont take it i just dont sleep until around noon. So yes it does work and if you have a fricked sleep schedule or just have trouble sleeping then it might help you a lot just like it did for me, however i've heard of people not feeling anything on melatonin, but on my case it was incredibly helpfull
No it doesn't. It's a placebo. Your body can't take in an effective amount of melatonin through consumption

Works for me I take 0.5 mg but I've tried 4 mg before and it made no difference in anything
