    I only use leg press to do nice isolated pump work for quads with pretty light weight. To build I do the swing squat machine. swing squat was a game changer for the way I am built.

    sorta unrelated but bros, I have chicken legs.. should I for the next few weeks, focus only on legs and deload the upper body? Will the legs catch up faster?

      You should focus on legs and maintain uppger body. You could do 5 day upper/lower split and do 3 legs 2 upper.

    why the FRICK do my knees hurt after doing leg press?
    it's really a shame because it made my legs way bigger but my knees always hurt after
