    very underrated and good for injury prevention if you play sports.
    I can do the whole stack doing Good Girls and almost the whole stack doing Bad Girls. The Bad Girls is really more of a glute workout than a leg exercise.
    By why am I even replying to a natty dyel? You're just too afraid to do them because they "look gay" and you already get mistaken for a homosexual everywhere you go.

      OP, you'll understand what he is talking about once you hit a 4 plate squat.
      There is NO exercise that you can do that isolates the adductors as well as good girls. I've had coaches tell me Copenhagen Planks are just as good, but that really only works the adductors through a limited range of motion.

      I'm the opposite, whole stack good girls feels like I'm ripping my balls off. Whole stack bent over bad girls makes me feel great when the whole gym watches UwU

      I don't do this lift for performance, I do this to bunda mog and expose women for the spandex wearing dyels they are.

    I'm a student at a university with a very large population of computer science, animation, and game design students. Naturally there is a proportionally large population of troons.
    I swear that this isn't bait: this one troon comes into the university gym every time I'm there, uses nothing but this machine and the leg press machine, then leaves. I'm convinced he's using this machine to stretch out his veganal cavity.
