basically use coconut oil like mouthwash for 10-20minutes a day to kill germs and whiten teeth.

i brush my teeth with toothpaste + baking soda + hydrogen peroxide, i dont do it every day but you will see results in 3-4 weeks
    >step 1: put bakign soda in small cup
    >step 2: add a little bit of hydrogen peroxide (just enough to dampen the baking soda)
    >step 3: add toothpaste to baking soda + hydrogen peroxide in cup
    >step 4: wet toothbrush and mix the contents of cup until you have a paste
    >step 5: brush teeth with paste
enjoy your white teeth and thank me later

Chew on an African dental stick or Arab dental stick, it's what the Greeks and Romans did for thousands of years. Don't actually need to brush your teeth if you chew one of these.

Yes it works, but I think there's a limited amount of effectiveness.
Like after doing it 20 minutes per day for several days in a row, you should notice significantly whiter teeth, but it only gets you so far.
People use harsh chemicals that destroy their enamel to reach an unatural state of whiteness, but oil pulling is safe.

However if you are drinking coffee, this will remove the coffee stains, but they will stain again the very next day that you drink coffee.

Yeah it's safe though and cleanses mouth bacteria if you have bad breath or whatever.

I think doing it every day is a little excessive, unless your hobby is having the very best oral hygiene possible, because there's a limit to how far this practice can take you. Maybe just once a week or so probably gets you 80% of the benefits compared to doing it every day.

Based on what are u saying this?

You could brush your teeth 5x a day, but doing it just once a day gives you 80% of the benefits.
Same thing with this. There is only so white your teeth can get from oil pulling, and there is a limit to what is practical for removing bacteria from your mouth with oil.

Bacteria and enamel stains gets absorbed into the oil when you swish it around.
      That's how it works.
      Pretty simple to understand.
