This. It is nowhere near as bad as tofu, basedbean oil, onions protein etc.
The main reason Asians have only recently been estrogenized by onions is because they traditionally ate it fermented 95% of the time. Tell that to vegans who spout "but Asians have always eaten onions, it's fine!!!"

I knew about onions but does basedbean oil now get filtered to basedbean oil?

you are absolutely full of shit, we know from written historical records that unfermented beans have been consumed in China for at least 2000 years - not just as raw vegetables but in the form of tofu and "milk" as well

that doesn't exactly disprove him when you consider how most chinese men are built

if the whole point of his post is that the supposed bean-induced feminisation of Asian men is only a recent phenomenon then yes, it does

these things aren't binary. they ate unfermented onions in parts of Asia, but nowhere near the modern levels. It's in everything and is a staple protein now. The levels are a recent phenomenon, but it has always been around and fricking people up, hence the average Chinaman (look at how the Mongols roasted the weak Chinese for their sissification diet)

there is no naturally occurring foodstuff that will significantly affect your hormones. transgender people have tried more things and more combinations of things than you can imagine and you need pharmaceuticals to affect your hormone levels.

I think guys like that think that way because of fear. It is a lot more comforting to believe you are 100% the master of your health and hormones through exercise and le hecking CICO. It is scary and disempowering to realize hormones are very complex and can be affect by things you have little or no control over. Stuff like what your ancestors ate, how much cholesterol your mother got during pregnancy, if your mother used a certain perfume while you were growing up, if you had cheap polyester blankets and underwear, if there was a big fire in your area decades before you were born and the fire moronants leeched into the water, if your grandmother was prescribed Diethylstilbestrol, if you grew up on processed foods, if your gut biome was wrecked from antibiotics etc.
We shouldn't just roll over and not make an effort, but it scares some people to face the facts about external influences.

Diethylstilbestrol is the bleakest black pill. It is still measurably affecting people three or four generations down the line. Extrapolate that out from how many women were given it, and it's likely hundreds of millions affected

Just spend a few minutes looking this stuff up. It will blow your mind. Nutrition doesn't just boil down to chicken, broccoli, and rice jesus christ

This study supersedes your study, this one was done in non-fat men who had low T and Vitamin D did not increase their testosterone, the study you linked was clearly confounded by the stochastic nature of losing weight
                >We found no significant treatment effect on serum TT or on the remaining secondary outcome variables.
                >Vitamin D treatment had no effect on serum TT levels in middle-aged healthy men with low TT levels.

as an adult this is probably true. but children and adolescents are different. there are some odd things that you might not think about that can cause issues.

for example, lavender extracts can cause gynecomastia in teenage boys. there were a bunch of kids who started growing b***h breasts, and they found the cause was lavender in the shampoo they were using.

You're referring to a case description, please correct me if wrong. Subsequent studies haven't managed to demonstrate any link between lavender oil and gyno. Besides, you may not that i referred to foodstuffs, not topical application of essential oils.

i don't know of exact numbers, but the link has been positive enough to warrant caution, at least for children.

my only point was that kids are effected differently from adults. things like tofu and onions sauce seem to have little to no effect on grown men, but i would be more cautious with children and keep them away from it.

I've been eating a frickton of yuzu ponzu, onions sauce, and miso and my lifts and recovery are doing great. I wake up with a boner and my beard has been growing like crazy

have you ever considered that it's possible that onions is not the problem, but more likely the over 9000 other chemicals like stabilizers, colorants, and flavorings they add into the goyslop onions drinks and shit like onions? you shouldn't be eating that much of it anyway. It's not meat or rice, it's a fricking bean. It's probably equally as unhealthy as eating powdered concentrated pinto bean protein mixed with preservant chemicals or some shit
