    I think the lowest portion of the rom hits the adductors, glutes are hit hardest up towards the parallel point, and quads are hit hardest near the top. If you wanna hit your glutes do walking lunges with big steps and do step ups

    I have no idea how can people hold the barbell this way for front squats, my arms simply doesnt move that way. I have to hold it like Ronnie but even then its horribly uncomfortable, ultimately limiting me on weight even tho I know I could do more

      You just need to train the front rack, getting as many fingers as possible on the bar every session. You will see obvious improvement in elbow and wrist flexibility within a month. If you wanna see impressive, female oly lifters can do pic rel.

    I've gone back and forth between both styles. A full ATG squat hits your glutes much harder coming out of the hole.

    If you squat to the point of getting butt-wink, you will frick your back up in the long run. My wife has super flexible ligaments (it's a problem actually) and she can go from stand to literally sitting on her ass and getting back up while squatting. But even slightly bellow parallel her lower back rounds. So she has to make an effort to not squat too low.

    Do so at your own risk.
