    It still works, but low bar is nice because it's free deadlift gains, and deadlift gains are free low bar gains.

        Switch immediately you won’t think it is after your third low bar session. Low bar is superior in every way. High bar is uncomfortable as shit heavy; I would only use it for higher rep ranges where you don’t have to brace as hard.

        You can go ass to grass on low bar if you have any good mobility. Also, pic is low bar. Under the traps is low bar, on the traps is high bar.

        Less technical, can't do as much weight. Only way it's possibly more athletic is it requires a little more flexibility (although low bad needs more shoulder flexibility)
