Not 100% true. Genetics cause baldness but it's exacerbated and/or accelerated by shitty diet and lifestyle factors. You still might go bald at 40 or 50 but you'll bald a lot quicker if you eat dogshit every day, don't exercise, don't shower, and smoke.

It accelerates the process if you are already genetically predisposed to going bald.

Malabsorption of a form of testosterone from a low-fat, no fat, or inadequate fat diet causes baldness through inflammation of the scalp, but it also increases beard growth if you make a ton of testosterone, since the form of testosterone settles in your scalp, not your face, so you get the hair growth it provides.
You can take finasteride to remove the byproduct, do scalp massages for 10 months, eat your body's necessary amount of fat (saturated fat, please) to reduce testosterone mimicking hormones and thus absorb testosterone again, or a combination of these to fix it. Anyone who is bald is a loser.

absolutely moronic. DHT is not a by-product. It's more androgenic and doesn't get turned into estrogen. and it doesn't "settle in your scalp", you simply have receptors that it binds to there. I swear, looksmax homosexuals are the dumbest frickers alive.

It's a damn shame the good guys lost WW2 or else we'd have a decent eugenics program worldwide and baldness would've been eliminated decades ago.

It has more to do with blood flow and blend of DHT v test
If you just work to increase your natural test levels (plenty of fat, moderate carbs, no sugar, no refined protein) and do adequate cardio without fapping too much, you'll keep your hair

Mpd is caused by genetic susceptibility plus dht, which is 5ar from testosterone. If you lower your dht either directly by inhibiting 5ar or indirectly by lowering testosterone then you can mitigate mpd. Big trade off though and not worth it for 99% of men.

Excess testosterone kills the hair follicle, causing baldness. Lack of test and normal testosterone levels don't cause it. Its a disorder like anything else

it has nothing to do with nutrition like morons here say
my family always had shitty diets like eating 2 portions of pizza a day with soda and we all have great hair.

    it's 100% genetics, nothing more.

Great hair is a sign of estrogen. You’re all weak dysgenic twinks.

    Yes and no.
Androgens in general cause hair miniaturization, but unless you have a particularly high level of testosterone, or particularly androgen-sensitive hair follicles, a normal level of testosterone by itself does not have a high enough androgenic potential to cause miniaturization in most men, and in most cases even partially blocking 5ar/highly androgenic DHT, lowers the total androgen load enough to halt miniaturization.

testosterone gets reduced to DHT by 5-alpha-reductase

DHT affects hair follicles, to what degree depends on your genes
