Does these work for chin-ups? My gym only has this station and don't allow to use barbells on racks to stimulate a pull up bar
I felt great lat work but idk about the biceps

How fricking stupid do you have to be to try and do chin-ups off of a fluorescent light?
Light aside frickers
I tried
No anon, the light fittings won't be able to hold your fat ass
god damnit beat me to it lmao
mirin old lady's traps
i feel like im looking at a haunted picture. wtf is going on here?
what do you think is going on there anon
>had the exact same reaction when i saw it for the first time
some sort of art photography piece for a project at uni. everything is too purposefully done to make the viewer confused without any context
he knows, ive got the other pics too but for some reason that fat black guy pulls it off a lot better than the other guys
I think its because of his size. The race of the person in the tub doesn't really do anything. But having a guy who barely fits in a dirty ass tub filled with water, not connected to water source, and sitting in the middle of the room is more unsettling.
Which makes me wonder if I could somehow formulate an equation to make a creepy game but not come off as too try hard.
What are you going to do moron; get a ladder every time you want to do a set just for the mounting bolts to shear and pull the whole light fixture down? Fricking dyel morons I swear to god man
Too manlet to pull this off 1 ladder won't be tall enough
>taking a photo directly at a light source
Wrong board
Be a man and DO IT
you must be like 15lbs to think doing chinups on flourescent light bulbs is safe
I think it would be hard to grip a light fixture that wide. Like i dont have the largest hands in the world and i would be struggling so maybe thats a good thing really maximize your grip strength. I think the other people in this thread are just afraid to train grip strength and also a little bit of hand heat resistance. I bet that is a flourescent fixture and is hot as balls. Try doing a set of 10 on that puppy youll be gripping soldering irons in no time. I would check to make sure you wont pull the thing down though, it doesnt looked attached to the ceiling well.
Bro, dont do just chinups on that thing. Use it as a barbell for all your lifts. You won't have to spend money on a expensive barbell to load weights on.
OP here
I ripped off the fluorescent light, the gym staff are looking for me
This could've been avoided if they had normal fricking pull up bars
post pic or didn't happen
Even IF the light was durable enough to withstand your weight, you'd burn your hands before completing a single full rep.
