As a rule of thumb you put on 1 inch on your arms with every 10 lbs of bodyweight you gain and for me it has taken anywhere from 6-12 months of really trying to grow my arms to add 1 inch.
I did something similar to this once, saw it in Muscle and Fitness magazine in between the hydroxycut ads, it was the 1 inch in 1 day routine. It was basically 3 supersets repeated 6 times. It took for fricking ever to do and that evening I basically couldn't brush my teeth. I ended up getting a decent pump that lasted a while but the full gains did not last. Would not recommend if you are over 30 as your tendons will be fried
inb4 OP gives himself rhabdo and dies
This. Even on roids I'm pretty sure you'd just liquify your muscles.
Try it and find it out. Your muscles will be severely swollen which may add an inch until it heals. Frick drinking 16 shakes though
Your arms will grow an inch from the horrible inflammation you'll inevitably receive and then it'll just go back to normal size levels in a day or two
rip tendons
First correct response.
You're gonna frick your tendons if you try this. They can't handle that.
why wouldn't it? my arms are atleast an inch bigger after a 30 minute workout
nobody said its permanent
Body needs sleep and nutrients to grow.
At best you'll severly inflame your arms. At worst you'll be black and purple, maybe even rip a tendon out.
I would try doing both workouts every day for a week on top of your average routine schedule if you really feel like kreig'ing yourself.
>At best you'll severly inflame your arms
Thats the point anon. Damaging the muscle and the resultant inflammation is the principle of muscle growth.
In my opinion going way too hard on arms just causes more damage than can be repaired in the time you're hitting arms again.
just cut out the middle man and take a hammer to your arms then, would be much faster and about as effective as this workout "plan"
Didn't Rich Piana say himself he never actually did this and it was a marketing scheme to sell shakes?

more like 1" per 25lbs BW gain once you're past the noob gains
a full inch of muscle damage induced edema
I unironically did this 2 years ago. AMA
What happened.

>do every day for one year
>have 365 inch arms
This would work right?
Diminishing returns, moron. 240 is more realistic
