It's my go to supplement. Delays failure by 3-4 sets for me minimum on almost any exercise.

There's a lot of mainstream research that proves it increases test too.

Can't really understand why the entire fitness industry isn't on Shilajit.

I've never seen a shilajit thread that hasn't been closed down or deleted by ~~*mods*~~.

Its been proven to detox heavy metals.

the supplement industry has you morons by the balls. literally anything they say, you morons will eat up. btw you're late, shilajit was all the rage like middle of last year. they've moved on to shilling BPC-157 now. who knows what it'll be next, I'm sure you gays will be first in line to buy it in any case.

btw you're getting outlifted by people who have no idea what this is, that's the best part of it all

It's harvested in the wild. There's no way to 'farm' it. It has to be gather by hand in tiny amounts. It's the antithesis of and sort of industrially produced supplement.

      You MUST be a shill.

        >A few patents already exist that protect the use of shilajit in India and Nepal, such as US Patent 5,405,613—vitamin/mineral composition [26]; US Patent application number 20030198695—Herbo-mineral composition [27]; US Patent number 6,440,436—Process for preparing purified shilajit composition from native shilajit [28]; US Patent number 6,558,712—Delivery system for pharmaceutical, nutritional and cosmetic ingredients [29]. Other recent patent about a phytocomplex with vitamins added is WO 2011/041920 [30].

Truly a dedicated shill. There are patents connected with every substance. There are countless patents linked with water.

Yep either a pharma shill or an idiot.

It occurs naturally at very very high altitude and has to be collected by hand. It cannot be created by a corporation.

It's excellent for hypertrophy allowing a lot more exercise volume and thus greater gains.

Here's one of many papers showing it increases test.

          https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/26395129/

The fact that Spetznas are given it should tell you something.

Shilajit threads are always thoroughly shilled. Once legit info comes through ~~*mods*~~ generally scrub the thread.

some people swear by it but for me it didn't do anything at all. I think some people have a deficiency or some issue that this can resolve. But other people dont need it at all.
