yoga / regular stretching is a much better way to do this
it's really just posture correct and limb strengthening
I’ve tried this, it’s called I believe the vitrivian height method there’s a video on it by a Russian guy with English caps, I’ll post it when I get home. It does work although you have to maintain it otherwise it’s temporary, I gained an inch from a few weeks of stretching in my sleep and dead hangs. If I can’t find the video to post, you can always tbharchive Vitruvian height grown
Where do you feel the resistance/stretching when falling asleep? It's supposed to be the lower back... right? I've been doing it for a couple weeks and have seen jack shit results. Maybe I need to increase resistance.

Guys its simple get something flat to lay on while you browse all day minimizing vertical pressure on your spine to an absolute minimum and feel the effects happen of themselfs while you lurk.
this is like stretching a rubber band and thinking it wont go back to its original length. Unless you add more rubber to the band, its not going to lengthen

I've seen the video. The guy claimed he got 5 inches in a year. That's definitely not temporary gains
