      Your point is? Where is the contradiction? 1/2/3/4 is sub 1 year goal. My brother started lifting last september and i have been coaching him, from literal zero just lifted the bar and he benched 2pl8 this april.

      People agree that natty gains are a joke/slow etc yet you are for some reason supposed to not look like shit with sub 1 year progress? yeah color me fricking surprised that you dont look good with beginner lifts. Especially if you didnt achieve it with single digit bf.

        or guys who deadlift 3 plates for reps and look jacked as hell
        also I rarely see people deadlift 4 plates or more in my gym, to think that is a beginner lift is jaded
