So isolate your kegel muscles when you stop your pee flow, right? Reverse kegels are the opposite. You engage them by 'pushing' your pelvic floor muscles, which happens when you increase the strength of your piss stream.
Kegels = Stop your piss stream
Reverse kegels = Increase the strength of your piss stream.
You need to work them in equal measure, and when you're not, you need to relax the pelvic floor muscle, which is basically reverse kegeling but without any actual effort, you just... relax.

Reps routine
15 kegels - 4 sets
15 reverse kegels - 4 sets
Don't do them extremely fast, stick to a 1 second interval between reps
Holds routine
Hold a kegel for 15 secs - 10 sets
Hold a reverse kegel for 15 secs - 10 sets
Take 30 seconds rest between sets, do them all in a day in/day off fashion.
Do that for a month and you can add your own amount of reps, make sure they're even between reverse and normal kegels.
Actually, you may want to slightly focus a bit more on reverse kegels if you've been squeezing your kegel muscles unknowingly.

I have venous leakage ED, never had morning wood of my life and I have a hard time starting to pee, especially in the morning, and the stream is kinda weak sometimes.
I started doing kegels 2 weeks ago, 3 sets of 10s in 3 different positions, didn't notice an effect so far. There are studies showing it works as effectively as surgery for venous leak ED so that's why I started.
