Not necessarily, if you use the ezpzmethod but if its 3-4 hours a day, Im assuming youd edge a few, it might be hard to avoid. Try to workout a little extra with the surplus energy; just something small to get rid of it is enough

I am about to start my PhD in fall. I also spend 2 hours each day lifting. It's not my fault the education system standards are so low that I can excel with very little effort. If there were actual challenges presented, then I wouldn't have wasted so much time.

The only thing that helped me was increasing duration and intensity of exercise every day. Turning off the phone an hour before sleep helped a lot as well. Try magnesium glycinate with zinc and if all else fails, 25-50mg of Benadryl will help but don’t use it often.
