Lots of leafy greens and apples (anything with a good amount of fiber) will get you full.

Also: NO processed foods. I'm talking things like skittles. You eat them and an hour later are just as hungry as before.

There's no fricking way you can do OMAD and overeat. Even if by some ungodly means you managed to eat 2,000 calories in a single meal, you're still under your TDE by a pretty good amount. What could you possibly be eating in a single meal that's 3,000 or more calories?

You can't eat that in one sitting unless you're already 400lb

That's not even a challenge if OP is eating fast food for his OMAD. Like that's piss easy

My bad, I didn't realize people were moronic enough to eat this shit while doing OMAD. I hate Americans so much.

But it's OMAD, I can eat whatever I like as long as I do it between 5-6pm.

i can eat 2300 with pasta and pesto pretty easy, and my stomach is pretty small

Pretty sure that's not possible. A stomach can only hold so much. It's hard enough gaining weight eating multiple times a day.

Unless you eat lard and sugar from a cup I doubt you can overeat.
You should still count kcals and put some thought into your diet.
I would recommend a pound of meat, veggies with butter and a bulk shake
