I always see this repeated but it's not actually true. You can be big and lean, easily.
Now what you can't be is "huge" and "shredded" at the same time. Or possibly not either one at depending on who you are. If you're going for huge and shredded, at that point you have to ask yourself either why your expectations are so lofty or why you butcher the English language by referring to "huge and shredded" as "big and lean" when that's obviously not what you actually mean.
Do roids if you feel like, but do it smartly and don't shoot up shitloads of tren. Combine that with regular cardio and you'll still live well beyond the average person.
