        i ohp 50kg and bench 80kg. granted i train exclusively hypertrophy but i simply refuse to believe you are able to do full ROM. I genuinely cannot get the 60kg off the rack even to begin rep it.

      2 Plate Bench
      3 Plate Squat
      4 Plate Deadlift

      Each plate is 45 lbs plus another 45 lbs for the weight of the bar. 1/2/3/4 is typically 1 rep max.

    2 giant mistakes. First off, never cut natty. You can do 2, 2 week cycles of clen and cut what would take you 10 weeks of rigorous diet and cardio to do natty, retain a frick ton more muscle mass while doing it.

    Phones do not need cases by design, at least if they're designed properly. There should be no instance where the phone has to be saved by a case, where something does happen the case probably won't help. Anyone who uses a case on their phone is a gay.

      It keeps the phone in mint condition brah. I get a new phone every year and always resell my old one. If the phone is scratched up, has a few dings here and there, it drastically reduces its value
