drinking eggs, the non-retarded way

Theoretically speaking
Wouldnt it be kinda genius to just add 3 eggs to a glass of milk, and heat it enough for the eggwhites to be cooked (because egg protein is more bioavailable when cooked instead of LE RAW EGGS DUDE)
Basicly making unsweetened custard and chugging it for convinience?
Why is this not a thing? Frick spending time boiling and peeling eggs, frick spending time making a perfect fritata, just mix with a glass of milk and bring to a boil, then chug the b***h?

      Never said that schizo, but its a known fact that cooked eggwhites are better than raw, I dont care if its 50% better or 1% better, eggs are expensive as frick around here nowadays thanks to "uuuuh, uuuuhm, the war in ukraine, guys!"

      Well beat the eggs and heat up milk with some honey and then pour in a small amount of scalded milk to the eggs and beat to temper them. Then pour milk into eggs and pour milk/egg mixture back into pot, then back into bowl eggs were in and keep going until the mixture is uniform.
      Yes it's basically a custard but you want to do it right, you don't want to end up with scrambled eggs in hot milk, that would be disgusting taste and texture wise. You'd want a smooth slightly sweet drink and it would take some time and effort to do right.
      I think making regular scrambled eggs with cream and butter is the quickest way.

      Based, I will do this NEXT time if my super-lazy attempt this time makes shredded, liquid omelette.
      Don't get me wrong, I'm a VERY good cook, but sometimes, I can't be assed to saute onions before adding diced italian salami and freshly chopped basil to make some fricking eggs I just need to start my day off

    it's tricky to get semicoagulation of egg whites. egg yolks is much easier. the drink you described sounds like eggnog which is made just with the yolks

    Update:
    It worked just fine, not a refined custard, but no lumps or sense of cooked egg. Just stir like a motherfricker from the moment you see it starting to smoke until its thick enough that you think the eggs are cooked enough.
    Will add a tiny bit of sugar, and a sprinkle of salt next time.
    Maybe some cinnamon when it gets colder outside.

    Frittata is actually insanely easy to make, super tasty and can last for a week. You can have it hot or cold and make it pretty healthy with the extra ingredients you put in.

    Do you really not have half an hour you can cut out from the day to cook a nice frittata and have delicious food for a week?

    It wont turn into a proper custard if you microwave it. You'll get cooked eggs inside warn milk. Custard needs to be made on the stove.

    You can just cook the eggs with milk and vanilla and then blend with milk. You can pre-cook a bunch of eggs, freeze them and then just make shakes with them.

      Its like making eggnog without the excessive cream and sugar. Use some honey, and low calorie cream alternatives.
