Look up Natural Hypertrophy on YouTube. He has several good bodybuilding routines that you can adapt to your taste.
I have found that copying someone else's routine texto is a bad idea because forcing yourself to do exercises you hate is a one way ticket to snap city/shit form/loss of discipline. You just need to hit every muscle regularly enough depending on what you like to achieve. But most importantly you must enjoy your workout enough to keep doing it regularly.
Chin ups, pull up, leg raises and push ups. That's all you need brother.

It's been said already but maximize the mind muscle connection and time under tension. The most important thing when doing exercise x is to feel it in y.
I used to do lat pulldowns with 100kg and progressive overload every week, more reps/weight and it didn't show up anywhere. I mean my strength and nervous system improved but that's about it. Then I started analyzing the jacked dudes at my gym and realized that they are literally twice the size of me using half the weight. Strength =/= size, simple as. This is nothing new but you just hear it on IST that "HURR DURR THAT ONLY WORKS FOR ROIDERS" but no it doesn't only work for roiders, it works for people who are interested in hypertrophy.
I personally didn't get any satisfication knowing I'm twice as strong but looked like fricking shit. I started doing lat pulldowns with ~50kg and not even counting the reps I do, my goal is to just feel it working what I'm training and going to failure and I started growing in size like a weed.
Just make sure to bench at least 3x/week with lots of back work e.g. chins and rows. Isolate biceps but triceps not needed in my opinion. Depending on your genetics you may need to isolate forearms for good size. No neglecting abs. You can still squat/DL but you cannot neglect the upper.

Get rid of the apple watch too it makes your wrists look way smaller. Hope this helps mane. Also now would be the time to add more volume to your training.
