        >wanting it to be easy
Keep stuffing your face then, you fat frick.
There is no 'easy' way to lose weight. It's only psychological. Yes, you will be hungry, aes you will be tired. Your body will keep you alive though, even when you don't eat for a month or even longer, depending on how fat you are. Just make sure to drink enough water and get your minerals/vitamins. This can easily done with multivitamin tablets.

        >don't stuff your face with calorically dense foods and snack
        >don't be a alcoholic
        >eat 2-3 meals a day, sane portions you have cooked yourself with whole food ingredients
        >do some kind of activity 2-4 times a week
This is baseline NORMAL for many people.
If you're obese or even just overweight, this will make you plummet in weight, and you will stall at a NORMAL weight.
I accidentally lost weight this way during COVID and had abs for the first time in my life. I ate to satiety every single day.
It's so fricking easy to NOT stuff your face.

Don't listen to those CICO gays. The number one thing you need to do is deactivate the Randle Cycle. You do this by either restricting fat (chicken breast and rice bro diet) or restricting carbs (keto/carnivore). Do not change your diet overnight. Do it gradually over 6 to 8 weeks.

I'm not going to yell at you like the other replies, but if you don't take my advice for what you're looking for, then there's no hope for you. Just eat things like eggs, meat, vegetables, fruit, potatoes, etc 2-3 meals a day and then on the weekend when you're out with friends have 2 or 3 beers and some wings or whatever. Save junk food for social occasions and don't snack or drink tons of sugar. If you want more flavor then low calorie sauces and recipes are everywhere. I like Thai curry personally. It's really filling, high protein, and only about 500-550 calories per serving if you eat 1 cup of rice with it. I also really like stuffed peppers. 600 calories for 2 peppers with lots of protein and that meal can sustain you for a long time. If you've fallen for people trying to overcomplicate nutrition or sell you shit with fad diets just try eating a generally healthy diet. If you want food and you're not hungry, it means you're bored or your brain wants a dopamine hit, so get up and do something fun and the craving will fade.

    >STARVING YOURSELF IS GOOD FOR YOU
you don't have to starve moron, just do some basic cico shit, eat every 2,5-3hours and cook shit yourself, get an air fryer it makes cooking chicken, beef liver, fish and stuff like easy as frick and start working out
you can do this if you want to, once it becomes your daily routine you wont even give a shit about food anymore
also if you have sweet cravings get a protein bar with no added sugar or something like that

It gets easier the harder you try.
    >tips?
Do omad first. After that reduce portion size until you either can't function, or stay at a small amount.

After a week or two your stomach should have shrunk, and it's easy to eat less.

Fasting speeds this up. Drinking lots of water helps me.

unironically the reason many anons here find “too easy” to lose weight is because they are have the autismo

Or, just maybe, they find it hard too. They found the resolve to keep going. The ones that did find it hard and kept going have disdain for those that say it's too hard and only find excuses to never try. They hate being told the thing they accomplished is impossible by people who are entirely capable. Stop pretending you're helpless. Stop pretending you have no control over your life. These excuses don't hold up to scrutiny. So stop holding onto them. What do they do for you? Comfort you while you cry about how unsexy you are? Tell you that it isn't your fault you keep buying shit food and stuffing it in your face at every excuse you find? How does that help you long term? It only soothes your emotion for a short time while it engulfs your body in fat.

Everyone fails. It's getting back up and continuing to try that gets you results. Don't be afraid of fricking up. Every time you frick up it's just another step on the road forward. So stop looking for excuses to never even take a step.

I spent the last 6 years spinning my wheels only getting fatter. This year I accepted that it’s truly best to just adopt a small deficit of about 500 calories and then burn more calories through cardio. I eat 2,000 calories a day. No more of that 1000, 1,500, or 1,800 calorie deficit bullshit. 2,000 calories, an overall deficit of 1,000+ after daily cardio. I row and walk.
It makes so much more sense to do it this way. Yeah cardio sucks but I feel great after, my anxiety and depression are waning and my overall discipline and productivity elsewhere are increasing. I’m getting health benefits too. And if my math is correct I should still be losing over 2lbs a week like this.

You don’t have to be hungry to lose fat.
