Its the same in most stores where I live. Actually alot of the time the 5% is cheaper because it goes on clearance cause no one buys it.

Just got 6 containers this week for 40% off.

Costco has 0% maybe $0.50 cheaper than shartmart, but a) I believe there is a lesser sales tax for wholesale stores where i live and b) I'm buying a bunch of shit there anyway so it saves me some time to just grab it there. I get my fats from olive oil, meat cuts, butter and fish anyway, so I'm not exactly hurting to have extra fat in my lunches' "dessert"

I just make my own. 3 parts milk becomes 1 part Greek yogurt. You can use whatever fat content milk you like based on taste or caloric needs. I prefer higher fat content since it makes for smoother yogurt.

Because full fat dairy is a meme unless you’re baking

The only reason 0% exists is that braindead normies bought into the meme that simply eating fat makes you fat.

    >Think greek yoghurt and quark is the most absolutely disgusting, revolting tasting thing.
Ive been eating vanilla flavour skyre instead, slightly worse macros and more calories but still mostly protein.
Do you guys do anything to it or something? Or are you genuinely eating greek yoghurt as is?

Dudes will spend their calories on yogurt that's slightly more creamy instead of getting the same protein with 0% and still having room for delicious nutritious PB

If you have a sous vide and some canning jars you can make your own using the Fage 5% culture. Strain with coffee filters to get your desired consistency.

Why does greek yogurt smell so bad. It is the only smell I will get autistic about. I'm not an assertive person, but when people I know eat greek yogurt around me I start saying stuff like "You can't eat that near me. Go into the other room". Am I autistic?
