wdym? just don't get fat in the first place
i don't think i have ever been above 15% bf in my life and i can't even comprehend how people let it get that bad

The pic is like a 2pl8 bench at 12% bf. Some people, especially those with long arms, will spend a significant amount of time reaching 2pl8 if not in a decent caloric surplus.
        >inb4 weak
Not everyone is a manlet with short arms, buddy

Getting lean is the easiest part, you literally just eat less. To get the muscles you have to be consistent and min/max protein and carbs to gain mass while not getting too fat.

It's about building the habits that get you there. The time doesn't matter, you will lose it if you don't build the foundation/habits

A lot of you ITT are retarded. The guy in the pic is pretty skinny. Probably about 19.5-20 FFMI. What makes him look so good beyond being lean and tan is his excellent bone structure and muscle insertions which is what really matters here. In terms of getting to his same relative muscularity, leanness and tan could absolutely be achieved in a year however it's very likely you won't look as good as he does because your bone structure and muscle insertions aren't nearly as good.

      > his excellent bone structure
he's literally leaning forward, his clavicles are normal length, maybe even below average.

It doesn't matter who you ask powerlifter, bodybuilder or strength athlete. 1/2/3/4 is where you stop looking like a guy who does sport and start looking like somebody who lifts.
