Fibers have to be broken down by certain gut bacteria. How are you cooking the Broccoli?

      >How are you cooking the Broccoli?
I roast it in the pan with my chicken for 50 minutes at 400F, covered in foil.

It basically steams them with the chicken juices and gets all the seasoning to sink in

Yeah i was thinking that was insane too. Even 25 minutes at 375f is usually enough crisp all the broccoli and cook the chicken if you toss them with a little oil before. The trick is onions those shits will either burn to a crisp or be uncooked in sections if you don't cut them the right surface area.

    You're not a herbivore. That's why it's unnatural.

Broccoli. It makes some people, like me, have awful gut turmoil. Some people love it but it's not for you or I.

It goes away after a 5 or 6 days. I eat like 300-500g of broccoli that's only been steamed enough to make it edible daily no gas. You just have to be consistent and maybe take a probiotic for a week until your gut cultures have lined up with your diet.

First time I had corn in years this happened, but after a week of eating it it settled down
