    I ate a whole bunch of chicken wok. Afterwards I drank way too much alcohol though. Is It too bad to drink when on a cut? I'm within my caloric intake target but afraid that the alcohol will mess up my cut anyways.

        I'm pretty sure I have some sort of alcoholic tendencies. My cut is going really well. -3kg in a month while staying sober. Despite more than a 1000kcal daily caloric deficit I've improved on my lifts and overall felt really fricking great. Today I went to buy alcohol for tomorrow's uni event and of course I couldn't wait until tomorrow. I had to have a taste of beer while cooking tonight and simply just couldn't stop.

            That is the conclusion I've come to also. I just can't have alcohol around for no reason... otherwise I will drink it no matter what. Quite cringe I know but nothing seems to help. Alcohol makes me feel a certain type of way and I use it to cope with the lack of like-minded friends. When I don't have it around I don't miss it at all.
