    On a serious note, fruits want to be eaten, that's how they spread their seeds

    vegetables and leafy greens don't get benefit from being eaten, so they have antinutrients as a defense mechanism to ward off predators by making them unhealthy and feeling like shit.

      Fruits want birds and not your monkey ass. You can't spread fruit seeds because you chew them up and digest them.
      Most fruits developed toxins to kill you for this reason. Most edible fruits are man made and do are vegetables.

        Veggies are yucky unless in cooked in animal. Stew veggies are yummy. Steamed cabbage is also good with rice, but steak juice makes it very yummy. Egg and meat is best yummy. Not egg with meat(also super yummy) but egg hardboiled in meat juice. Fruit is okay, but synonymous with fagget. Dairy is yummy to, is juice from meat and sometimes made into food.

          Nah I love meat, but I also love veggies and greens.. green beans, Kale, chard, mustard greens, asparagus, spinach, broccoli, peas, beans, beets, and radish carrots, parsnips, you name it bro that shit is delicious. Same for fruits they are all good.

        If you're literally doing LOBAD than eventually you should develop a sourdough culture. I did it once by throwing grapes and raisins and some apple peels and a bit of sugar in warm water in a jar and letting it sit for several days, with shaking once a day. Eventually it's slightly bubbly and maybe smells a bit alcoholish. Then you mix it with flour and let it take. It will probably end up really active. Also as recipes go I love King Arthur Flour.

        I'm cutting and doing calorie restriction, and some 24-72 fasts, just eating bread and eggs for macros for the past week. 2 weeks prior I've been eating sausages that were on sale, made a few sausage, onion, peppers heroes.
        I'm testing out carb backloading + 24H fasts cuz I have nothing better to do. ie: egg yolks, lifting + calisthenics, egg whites and bread

    I have bare mininum at least one onion a day since it goes with every dish. Then its something like broccoli, peppers, celery, and potatos. I like radishes too but theyre small and require a decent amount of trimming
