Eggs are better than steroids for gainz. 36 eggs/day is the equivalent of a dianabol cycle and comes with 216 grams of high quality protein and loads of micronutrients essential for your body to produce testosterone.     If raw, nothing bad. They are extremely beneficial and easy to digest. Been doing it semi-regularly for years. The most I've done is 8 eggs a day.
    They have an amazing mix of cholesterol and crucial vitamins that will make your body heal like crazy.

    In the past 13 month period I’ve eaten 36 eggs from last may to July. From July to December I ate 40 eggs, in December I ate 10-20 and January had a 3 week break. From February to today I’ve had 20-30 eggs approximately every day.
    Never felt better or stronger. Too bad I hurt my back last November.

      Buy straight from the farm, I contacted several farms, around 10. Wrote that I’m doing an experiment of eating 36 eggs a day and that as a university student I don’t have many funds for that and that maybe they can meet me halfway, you could tell them whatever you want to persuade them. Luckily I got a good deal. 360 organic free range eggs for 68 euros. I order every third week.
