    Measure your waistline and take progress pics too. Weight gets effected by glycogen, sodium, and water and alone is not enough to track progress, especially as your bodyfat percentage starts dipping below 15%.

    Theres more to a calorie deficit than simply eating less brah

    Be active too, if you sit on your ass playing vidya all day you're not burning any calories. Walk more, go for a jog in the morning. Take the stairs instead of the escalator. It's all the shit like that which adds up

    CiCo has worked for me in the past. Especially if you use an app so if it's not working for you you fricked up somewhere or aren't being 100% honest with yourself.

    You're almost certainly cheating somehow.

    If you're desperate and can't seem to control yourself, try buying bars or shake powders that say exactly how many calories are in them (often meal replacement powders are 400 calories a serving) and this way you can consume exactly what you're supposed to.

    (Obviously, cheating is still possible: but in my experience it's much harder to resist adding just a little sugar or fat or salt to something you're cooking than it is to resist fricking with what amounts to a ready made meal).
