There's maybe some very slight benefits to eating things raw (mainly that you avoid eating burnt food which might be carcinogenic), but its completely outperformed by cooking things in a healthy way (ie not deep frying or overly preserving it like an idiot):

Point to a single mechanism that would actually support this claim. Anything that heat would do the the nutrients in meat (i.e. protein) will be done by stomach acid and further assisted by enzymes anyway. Heat doesn't affect the primary structure of proteins, so your body has to break it down either way into amino acids.
The only way in which cooking affects nutritional value is by breaking down fiber, which is completely irrelevant to OP's question.

The primary structure isn't the only factor that affects digestibility. A tightly folded raw protein structure has a much smaller surface area exposed to stomach acid and peptase enzymes than a denatured unfolded protein.

Eating raw meat, organ, eggs for 2 years now after much experimentation. Don't season your food then see whether you still like it cooked. Raw tastes perfect as it is. Seasoning is just try to fix what you just ruined with heat. Pretty much the only things I still cook are buckwheat and select veggies

I eat raw meat regularly. Not because it's ideal or anything but sometimes it's a great breakfast. I got the idea from carpaccio which is served frozen most of the time. It's winter a lot here so I store it outside. If you worry about parasites in sea food, frozen to -21 celsius or lower kills even the most stubborn fish tapeworm cysts. Slice some nice frozen thin slices and enjoy. I should also mention I actually mostly do this for liver and kidneys as they are very easy to cut frozen and contain lots of nutritious blood. I try and do steaks or roasts in the oven but have eaten raw thawed out muscle meat if I slept in a bit and need to hurry and it's really good. Also hunting I always cut off a nice slice of deer and eat it while the deer is warm as respect for the deer and I don't kknow if anything tastes as good as that.

I’ve given myself the shits only once from it, and it wasn’t severe enough to be a problem, more of a “oh that poop wasn’t the best”. This is after probably 100 portions.
The problem is though is that it’s really really slow to digest. Like I can feel it in my stomach for a good couple of hours being broken down, and it takes longer to pass.
This is why most raw beef dishes are either from thin or minced beef. If you eat chunks of raw beef you’ll keep on throwing chunks back up into your mouth until it’s chewed.
