      if you need to cook it to eat it the nutrients come out with egg whites cooked and yolk raw

      so sunny side up with an unbroken yolk, if you break the yolk you burn off every important nutrient and the meal turns into SHIT SLOP

      scrambled eggs are SHIT SLOP, in the consumption and in the nutrients

    You need the yolk to be as runny as possible, the harder the yolk becomes the worse the nutrients inside become

        sometimes i crack 2-3 in a cup and add some milk, and drink that before i go to sleep so the fat from the milk (whole) and the zinc/magnesium in the eggs can work overnight

        raw eggs and whole milk are better than any shitty protein shake youll see on this website from dyels

        its 6 grams of protein before and after cooking, likely less after since some evaporates off the heat as it condenses down into a solid; However the yolk will take damage since it is very fragile and the nutrients will burn out inside

        raw eggs digest in 25 minutes so dont spend 25 minutes making them and cleaning a pan just chug them back. 6g protein each but raw the nutrients from yolk are valuable (zinc)

    Boiled eggs taste like farts. I'd rather gironda mode and drink 36 raw eggs in a day than slowly peel each egg just to eat a solid fart capsule.
