I eat 10 eggs a day is that normal? I only eat hard boiled eggs, boiled potatoes, and steamed spinach. I eat two hard boiled eggs, one boiled potato, and a cup of spinach (which I then steam) 5 times a day. I feel very healthy. I do not feel a need to eat other foods because these are my favorite foods so I have not eaten anything else for the last four years. I even bring my meal prepped containers of my meals when I go to restaurants.

This is going to sound crazy, I was a boiler myself for years, but you need to put the eggs barely submerged in cool water, heat quickly to boiling, TURN OFF THE HEAT AND COVER POT FOR 10 MINUTES. After 10 min shock in ice water bath for 2 minutes.
The high heat boiling gives hard greenish yolks.

Pot, water, steaming mesh. Bring to boil, place eggs on the mesh, put lid on. Wait 7 minutes and then pour cold water over the eggs for at least a minute, leave it in the water for a while, peel, eat. Perfect every single time.
My technique for 7 minutes perfect boiled eggs(No yolks and easily destroyed eggs by accident):

basically, do try to avoid hard boiling or frying your eggs if you care about getting maximum intake
the less cooked the yolk, where most of the precious gains are, the better, but it requires practice, more time paying attention to your cooking and some potential inconveniences
in short: soft boiled eggs are the absolute king method of egg consumption if you can bother with it
