The key is a little sip of milk. Crack 3 eggs inside and add 50-100ml of milk on top. The milk will neutralize the hyper sodium taste of the egg. Much better then the sugar method or anything else. Some add a little salt on top of the milk as well, but I prefer just milk
how do you know how to turn the egg so the sunny side is up? what if you crack the egg on the wrong side?

You just have to try your luck, I've had better luck when I crack them on the right side but it's not 100%

When you crack the egg let the white pour into the pan first before the yolk. Just crack the egg and open it a fraction to let the white slide off like when you separate the yolk.
We all eat 6+ eggs a day here. There's no shortage of nutrients to worry about. Cook your eggs because the uncooked whites will bind to b vitamins in your body.

I blend them in milk. Do a few grains of instant coffee if you sont like the taste

Then have them softboiled or sunny side up with a raw yolk. These are the best ways to eat them anyway.

You could try an eggs, milk, cream, and maple syrup mix. Add a bit of salt to taste. If you get the mix right it's like drinking melted ice cream.
