      I will try this method. a bad thread really but i struggle with this and google isn't helpful. I'm going to try and build up tolerance, the flavor isn't bad just slightly salty, the consistency is what grosses me out

    The key is a little sip of milk. Crack 3 eggs inside and add 50-100ml of milk on top. The milk will neutralize the hyper sodium taste of the egg. Much better then the sugar method or anything else. Some add a little salt on top of the milk as well, but I prefer just milk

                When you crack the egg let the white pour into the pan first before the yolk. Just crack the egg and open it a fraction to let the white slide off like when you separate the yolk.

    You could try an eggs, milk, cream, and maple syrup mix. Add a bit of salt to taste. If you get the mix right it's like drinking melted ice cream.
