    when you eat lunch only eat half of what you would usually eat, then eat the other half 2-3 hours later. digesting food takes a lot of energy

      Women just complaining about normal everyday inconvieniences as if it's their own, overblown problem that only women experiences because they cannot imagine anyone else having the same issue. This comes from the fact that society has hammered in their head how horrible and uniquely female periods (rightly) are, despite the fact that their periods are crippling because of the cocktail of hormones they take daily. While periods are debilitating, natural periods' debilitating phase only lasts a day, two at most. Women, with their childish brain that society keeps accepting/encouraging, sees this and thinks every ills and troubles they face are all encompasing and uniquely female.
      Lack of self awareness and perspective common in most women.

      >"woe betide me, a woman, this all encompassing catastrophe only known by my female kin"
      >Have cramps from doing the bare minimum physical activities after a lifetime of being lazy
      >"Only women understands the pain and hardship of carrying heavy groceries from the car to the garage"
      >have headache because they dont hydrate enough
      >"You men can never understand the headsplitting migraines us women experience daily"
      In short, think of and treat women like children and your life would be easier. Some women may surprise you, but most have the mental maturity of a child.

    On days I run/lift fasted in the morning I feel like I can smash through a brick wall for the rest of the day. Its probably some evolutionary biology thing because that's what a caveman's day would look like.

    Only digest coffee 2 hours after waking up and 11 hours before sleeping
    Has to do with your hormones settling in a natural way
    Otherwise you will crash in the evening
