            Tea is not healthy at all.
            It's filled full of unglamorous compounds, carcinogens, and that's best case, tea plants are very good at picking up environmental toxins and heavy metals, and then Asian tea sellers sell by weight, so their products are regularly intentionally adulterated with added lead.
            There's a tea recall for lead like every other month.

      I currently take cocoa powder myself, but not nearly enough for the dosages used in the st00dies. Takes a true shitton of cocoa to get 200mgs of epicat. Considering getting a supplement when I can afford to (it’s cheaper for the epicat you get than cocoa, but I’m a turbo poorgay).

    Apparently this is more effective the earlier in life you apply it, as in, as a baby or even before you're born. Those who did the gene therapy as adults had mild gains like 2 lbs, which is something but not worth the money or the risk.

    The only application I see for this being useful is to mitigate muscle catabolism during cut phases but mainly I would use this to help prevent sarcopenia in old age.
