Erection Maxxing Thread

How do I get boners like I were 17 again in my mid 30s? I'm already doing nofap, currently on week 3, and I still haven't had a full boner yet. Only 80%. When I was jerking off excessively I could reach 100% for a little bit so I know it's possible but how long is going to take to reach full boner without touching myself and how do I increase the amount of time I remain in that state?

Should I research kegals? Should I buy tongkat ali? Morning wood hasn't come back either yet. I'm in this for the long haul so I have time, but hopefully I can fully heal my dick from 20+ years of chronic masturbation with a year of not touching it...

You don’t get erections like you were 17 when you are in your 30s dumbass. Why does IST think they can avoid aging?

30s is not that old. I just want hard morning wood and a couple of fully hard erections throughout the day. I think people have normalized having suboptimally functioning penises because probably 80% of people are coomers.

Why the frick these stupid sore losers want to spill that defeatist bs? No, dummy, age is not just a number at a certain point, biological numbers are far more important. Healthy 40 yo can have it better than unhealthy 18 yo.

Eat nothing but fruit for a week. Get back to me. Also, try windmilling your dick.

10mg of Cialis will have you waking up with morning wood for 3 days in a row, ready to go again in minutes after cumming

How's your cardio? I find that my boners are way higher quality if I'm running 2-3x a week

Do you do any type of cardio? Good cardiovascular health helps quite a bit.

    1 - Legs exercises
    2 - Compounds movements.
3 - Cardio (Preferably Running). (No more than 3 times a Week)
4 - Be careful with Sugary/Process drinks and foods.
5 - Drink water and cut your intake of coffee by half.
    6 - Sleep around 7/8 Hours.

Supplement yourself with 3 things Vitamin D, Zing, and Magnesium.

Not op but how much of those 3 supps do you recommend, if age and size matters, for a 23 year old, 5'11", 170lbs

10000 IU vitamin D (if you spend an appreciate time outside, like 4+ hours a day, then you can do 5000)
200mg Magnesium citrate, I don't recommend other magnesium supplements (they're less bioavailable and you'll make yourself puke if you try to chase the amount you can get from that dosage in citrate)
Don't supplement zinc with tablets at all - eat one can of oysters once a week

Stupid question but what's wrong with zinc tablets? If RDA is 10 to 40mg or something like that then doesn't that mean I'd need that can of oysters every second day otherwise? I currently take 25mg a day

Zinc tablets usually cause digestive issues (same with all heavy metal supplements)
Better to get it from natural sources
Also, zinc has to be kept in balance with copper, supplementing zinc alone will cause copper deficiency (causes things like hair loss)
Oyster has a balanced zinc/copper ratio according to what your body needs, liver is a good choice if you can't eat oysters but I prefer oysters

This, and eating Red Meat too helps a lot with Zinc.

              Sorry that I wrote "Zing".

Remember that you can also supplement with Boron if you want.

Thanks anons. Death to the tablets then. Good thing I already love to eat liver and oysters often. Boron sounds interesting too

I'm harder than I was in my teens, also shorter refractory period.
Just get your cardio and general fitness up; no point having a rock hard erection if you can't frick for more than 5 minutes
