Estrogen and sugar intake

I'm a 22 year old fatass who has given up soda, fast food, and desserts a few weeks ago. I think cutting off nearly all added sugars is affecting my estrogen.

Everything is making me cry. Nothing is wrong I'll just sob uncontrollably. I'm on my feet for 8 hours a day in a healthcare program and spend time walking outside of that. I've been reading about sugars affect on estrogen but how long is this going to last? I'm exercising, losing weight already, and in every other way I feel better. The headaches from no soda are already gone and I don't feel so shitty anymore aside from the constant need to cry

I'm not even PMSing yet, and this feels like so much more than just normal PMS

It probably has less to do with hormone fluctuations and more to do with general withdrawal symptoms

I probably should have specified that I'm a woman.
But I never cry this much, it's uncontrollable and affecting my ability to go to class.

If you're a woman sounds like removing sugar has improved your hormones.
        >aside from the constant need to cry
        What's causing you to cry?

I genuinely don't know. I'll just start to cry, there's nothing wrong in my life right now. I'm doing good as a full time student and employee. I've had a few arguments with people but nothing I think would necessitate this much emotions.
If a small thing happens, like getting yelled at during clinical hours, I'm having a very hard time holding it together. Normally I can deal with it but it's been so much harder these past weeks since I started trying to do better in what I eat

We're you that one person on /fph/ crying about not enough fat men being hated on??

I'm sorry I don't know what that is, I'm only ever on /adv/ and the art critique forums. New to IST

Is your fat mostly on your legs, or more evenly distributed?

Big sign of strength if you can overcome that and remain stable.

Almost all of my fat is in my stomach and thighs, my arms and face are pretty thin and I have nice lower legs.
I'm still a student, so the techs will yell if you don't do things their way (even if it's not how you were taught) and they just expect you to know. Plus mean patients. I've been doing great so far a year in but the past 3 weeks I get yelled at and I have to excuse myself to cry, but once I stop its all gone and I feel fine again

You're just addicted, has nothing to do with estrogen. If anything estrogen will drop if you are overweight right now.
