Sorry about the prognosis friend. Don't worry though a lot of HIV+ patients can live normal and admirable lives these days.

Judging from the door knob height standart of 34inches and that belly button is usually around 60-65% of height, he is 5' to 5'5 tops.

because the average person doesn’t start working out at an already low body fat. the easy part is gaining the muscle. the hard part is losing the skinny fat

gaining muscle is a lot harder than losing fat

Ottermode is almost never the goal physique, so if you're starting out skinny you will probably attempt to bulk past it and keep growing without ever cutting down to ottermode, and if you are on the heavier side and also want to end up bigger than otter you don't really have a reason to cut all the way down and sacrifice gains you could be making instead. Basically, if you don't want to be ottermode there isn't ever a reason to get to that stage.

it is the goal physique of every naturally skinny man who wants to get laid. Lanklets are hard gainers so it's actually difficult to achieve otter mode.

ottermode makes so many seethe on this board because it looks objectively better (like measurably when using a large sample size of female respondents) but not everyone can actually pull a good ottermode. if you have any of the following or all, you will look sickly and weird at a low bf%:
    >gyno
    >wide hips
    >pectus excavatum
    >loose skin
hence why so many entrench themselves in the mindset that ottermode is bad and instead pursue arbitrary metrics like DL 1RM

      this
ottermode requires little effort to maintain but looks objectively good with and without clothes

these fat fucks, powershatters and roidfrauds are so garden gnomed up that they think everything in life should revolve around training, roiding and dieting, meanwhile otterchads actually enjoy life

Going to have to disagree with you on that one. Ottermode is definitely a good look for the summer months, but you look completely DYEL in any clothes whatsoever, even if you are incredibly vascular. Also, people who are ottermode are some of the biggest light- and angle-frauders ever in photos. I know people who fit the description in real life, but in clothes the look like they would get blown over by a strong breeze.

Not saying its bad, its definitely a good look and certainly better than being a fatass powershitter or roidchud, but lets not try to pretend that ottermode is some massive achievement.

This. Luckily my forearms are veiny and look big considering the small wrist. Otherwise i'd look completely dyel in a t shirt. I love being otter mode but it has it's downsides.

        >ottermode requires little effort to maintain

this is the big thing, ottermode is basically the only physique where you can out-diet poor training and out-train poor diet because you're permanently in noob gains stage

doesn't require hours of autistic gym grinding

I reached ottermode at the end of my first year of lifting. It makes for nice photos but at the end of the day you’re not very impressive in person and basically dyel with clothes on (except if you put some gay XS shirts)
