      That is demonstrably false.
      You cannot break the laws of physics. If you burn more calories that you consume then it is literally impossible for you to not lose weight.

          Not how it works, you can starve yourself and if you lost the genetic lottery your body will consume its own organs to shut down before eating fat stores

          Both of these are lies.
          There has NEVER been a case in human history where the body breaks down organs in place of fat.
          There has NEVER been a case in human history where the body stops burning calories at low intake.

            It's the case with most people actually which is why obesity is such a growing epidemic. As medicine improved and natural selection fell to the wayside unhelpful recessive traits made a resurgence which is why a mere generation ago you had a massive amount of people with peanut and latex allergies and now you have a large amount of people who are obese and unable to lose weight because their bodies refuse to eat their fat.
            The only way out of this societal bottleneck is a medical advancement and in the future obese people will take an Advil esque over the counter equivalent to get skinny

        brainlet take. the laws of thermo and physics don’t just directly copy-paste apply to the human physiology. there are other factors involved, such as, DING DING, hormones. if your body is functioning normally then yes, it’s that simple. but it isn’t always that cut and dry from person to person.

    Exercise is a meme anyway you literally destroy your body by straining it and your body burns calories so it can repair the damage. At that point just start cutting yourself since it's basically the same thing
