Exercise Science Curriculum

What textbooks should I read to become an expert in exercise science? Don't want to pay $40k for a degree when I could do it for free.

No I mean he's not sitting on pappy's legs and doesn't seem to be supported by anything.

You don't pay for the knowledge, you pay for the credentials. There's free information everywhere. If you don't have the agency to find it you probably would have given up anyway.

You also pay for the curation. For example, there's free "dietary" information everywhere, often as bad as on IST meme threads or worse, and it takes the exposure to the right things to know how to balance cutting edge vs preponderance of evidence vs all the conflicts of interest involved. Even once you can do it well enough, it still takes effort to do the research to know what is likely crap, and how likely.
But of course, curation has its own issues (CoI and institutional inertia, etc), so it's not a complete solution.

They need to do a study on men becoming less hairy. It’s definitely related to the decline in testosterone.

      >If you have high free testosterone, you will also have high 3α-Adiol-G. This correlation is actually stronger (P=0.0005) than that between 3α-Adiol-G and more chest hair (P=0.0034).
If you have high 3α-Adiol-G, then you will also have more chest hair.

Anecdotally speaking I don't think that's the case. At least with beards.

Ik some fricking chumps who have the body of a pear and are more feminine than fricking James Charles and they still have beards.

What career path are you going for? Exercise science is pretty broad.

Read Yuri Verkhoshansky, specifically Supertraining, and you can make a career out of it just by bullshitting the rest. That's what Pavel did.

anatomy book, then u experiment on urself - i have devised medial delt isolation that way, look:

    [...]

bot thought he's gonna shill OHP like it does all day every day and i shut it up with no reply

impingeless overhead medial delt isolation - tell me i'm the first, i want to be inventor for once 😀

btw. this image is shooped of course, i remember that hairy dude just being hairy and fat
    >that's not how it works, u gotta be big framed genetic freak to begin with
bs, once u find isolation the muscle grows instantly near it's full potential, the difference will be visible overnight and full size of muscle will be achieved within a month or two

that is why bot is using shopped old photo, to convey the idea that it's gemnetics, it isn't, the way u look is literally collection of the moves u perform, in this case it's not even move, it's a position u take and tension u hold

and no, not literal anatomy book, like so:

i have also found what is wrong with calf raises, how to do chest (yes it's again static hold, compression to be precise), and clavicular head (also static not compression though, it's an pull), fixed bicep curls (everything u can read about them is wrong) and found short head of trike isolation
