Obviously the estrogen claims are debunked and only fragile ego men will say that BUT

You shouldn't rely on "meal replacements". One here and there is fine but if you're using it to actually replace meals you're missing out on a lot of micronutrients from a varied diet.

          Just eat a real meal.

          I agree wholeheartedly

Soi isoflavones are used for HRT in menopausal women. An intake of between 300-400mg of isoflavones per day caused gyno in a man. Most people dont consume that much in a day, but you will if you drink soi for meals.

seed oils are inflammatory and implicated in alzheimers and obesity. Not the healthy kind of weight gain, the metabolically inactive, celluloid sits around and makes you depressed and develop cancer kind.

literally, just drink buttered coffee, but you are delusional and think the way it's marketed translates to some x factor that can't be accounted for. you are literally participating in a religion.

I used to drink this stuff daily for over a year. It was better than the fast food I ate almost as much, but I started having a feeling I wasn't getting the best nutrition from it. Fast forward a few years after I quit drinking it, and I need a fast meal one day. I drank one botle and felt lightheaded and nauseous. Never again.

The affects of phytoestrogens are still poorly understood, I'd rather not take risks. Plant protein is also lower quality because they don't have equal amounts of aminoacids, so you don't end up absorbing the full 20g.

    >ready to drink meal
Just buy frozen edamame if you're not afraid of onions. The protein and fiber are great with onions, but all the estrogen talk has a lot of people scared. I think the fears might be overblown.

It's been known for hundreds of years in german hop farmers. Men would develop breasts and the daughters would have early first periods.

Children who grew up drinking daily basedmilk hadn’t shown any differences to those who had cow milk. Also Eastern cultures had been eating high levels of onions for generations, with no gyno. Not saying you need it, but there are far worse things you could eat.

          >high levels
The high end of the scale for Japanese is 75mg of isoflavones per day. That's miso and fish soup for breakfast, natto and rice for lunch, and some edamame or tofu with dinner. As a westerner you get more than that in less than 1 scoop of soi protein isolate. Even if you don't eat soi products, in the US and canada soibean oil and soi lecithin, which have high concentrations of isoflavones, are used in everything from potato chips and candy to frozen vegetables. You easily exceed the high end of the scale without even directly consuming soi based products. Eat that + include actual soi products in your diet, you're easily looking at 2x-4x the high end of the scale. So far on the high end you are off the charts.

300-400mg daily is where you begin to develop gyno. That's 3 liters of soi milk per day, or two scoops of soi protein isolate, or 250g of edamame, or a couple large blocks of tofu, or 2 servings of impossible brand products, or even just a couple servings of lays chips, with a fast food meal, and some cheap ice cream. That is how fast you can go from "moderate soi intake" to "several times over the upper limit of Japanese soi eaters."

still no study to prove your claim, been vegan for 7 years training at home for 3 year and 50-60 of my protein intake is from soi, where is my gyno meatcuck?

I'm skeptical, in general of these [onions/oat/almond] and vegetable oil emulsions marketed as "milks." Natural basedmilk is probably pretty good, but I'm skeptical of products like this.

No such thing. What you think they milk the beans or something? Do soibeans have little nipples on them too?

They blend it with some water, boil it to make it safe, and squeeze out all of the liquid with a cheesecloth. The Silk and other industrial stuff probably isn't as good, but fresh basedmilk is pretty tasty and free of weird stuff.
