Facts About Fat People

1. Fat people will be the new normal.

73.6% of adults are overweight, and of those 41.9% are obese. This is projected to be 50% at 2030. That means half of all Americans will be obese.

Globally, 2 billion people (30%) are overweight, and of those 8% are obese. This is projected to increase.

So keep this in mind when you're talking about fat people.

2. Sustained weight loss is IMPOSSIBLE.

Before you get angry, read this: https://amptoons.com/blog/?p=22049.

That's why I say stop telling fat people to lose weight. Weight cycling just leads to health complications and poor mental health.

Instead, advocate for healthful behaviors (enjoyable exercise and incorporating fruits and vegetables) for their own sake.

That's all.

        Nta but I will bite:
So you want a legitimate argument as to why you’re a homosexual? Okay, sure.
        >spacing, numbering your post when you only had 2 things to state
Firstly, that’s dumb, and secondly you’re a homosexual.
        >Capitalizing words because you believable it emphasizes your point
It just makes you look like (an emotional) homosexual.
        >making a thread on IST about what everyone should do rather than leading by example
        You are a homosexual.
        >thinking you’re gonna change IST
This board has been degrading for years and you’re a homosexual lol.
        >Before you get angry
        Shut up, homosexual.
        >mental health
Do you know what helps a fatties mental health? Losing the fat. Acknowledging “yeah I’m fat, I’m disgusting, I did this to myself, this is why I’m constantly tired and always feel like shit this is one reason I’m depressed and anxious and this is why people treat me so bad.” And then putting in the work to change it. You absolute humongoloid homosexual.
        >advocate for healthy behaviors
What you have written here has the sole basis of “be kind about it,” which is mega homosexual tier. I was once 300lbs. What worked was being called a fat ass and always being the butt of jokes every day until I snapped and lost the weight and I kept it off. Full 12 months of cutting until I was 165lbs. Just shut up and stop making this thread you homosexual.
        >Ending post in “That’s all.”
Oh wow thanks Copernicus I thought maybe you’d have more to post glad you specified, homosexual.
        >is OP
OP is always a homosexual. It doesn’t matter what you say, you will always be a homosexual and all you are is a homosexual. Shut up, homosexual.

Good. Frick 'em. Anything that hastens their deaths is a benefit. Fats are repulsive subhumans

    Also, you are a gay.

Go over to r/saturatedfat some time, one of the more based places on Reddit for discussing weight loss where people are willing to hear out different strategies. But even there, people still haven't solved it for themselves.

obesity is something you can "control" or put into remission. there is no cure

      >there is no cure
There is no "cure" because it's unironically caused by low IQ in a culture filled with easily accessible and affordable food. Easily accessed food + low impulse control (low iq) = obese. You really can't fix stupid.
