    she is right about that one but it is hypocritical for a fat frick to say you are unhealthy. you could just eat a banana before a workout. i hate fat people so much. especially americans.

        Not true.

        There's the opportunity cost of the nutrients you'd be getting if you ate your fricking fruit and veg, fellow king.

        Not to mention there's plenty of scientific literature that indicates whole foods are more beneficial than the sum of their parts.

        lmao this homie is saying
        fructose = sucralose
        lactose = saccharine

        listen some sugars are raw and natural (i.e fructose from fruit, lactose from milk) and others are hyperprocessed, chemically synthetized like sucralose, saccharine, etc.

        Not all sugars are created equal and you should fear consuming something that takes near nuclear fusion heat or hyperbaric centrifugal and force to bring into creation on this Earth.
        Just like you shouldnt trust an oil that takes a ton of hydraulic pressure to liquefy, then sonic boom levels of centripetal speed in a spinner to hydrogenate. I mean this shit goes into your body. You think our bodies evolved in any shape or form to consume that underwent these ''processes''.

        Well then, you’re too moronic to adequately explain things to normal people then.

        If you can’t explain something simply, then you don’t know it well enough to explain it.

    Fat causes diabetes not sugar. Hell even the diabetic I know in my family that claims she got it because she has a sweet tooth was in reality mostly snacking on cheese every day.

      Don't be stupid. Diabetes is the inability to absorb sugar from the bloodstream into cells. Too much sugar directly causes it.

          The highest countries in the world for diabetes is China, Pakistan, India the US and Indonesia on that order. The only country that doesn't have 70% or higher carbs macros is the US.

          The studies that reviewed high fat consumption and diabetes did not account for BMI. The link disappears when adjusted. It has been discovered that their may be a link with processed meats and diabetes though.

                Go on a ketogenic diet for two weeks, then consume some sugar.

                You will fail an oral glucose tolerance test and have type 2 diabetes on the spot. Because fat builds up in the bloodstream and prevents your body from using sugar

                >just never carb load bro
