Farmer carrier

My left forearm is weak as hell and gives up in the middle of the walk. Its absurd how much stronger my right forearm is
How do I fix this?

    Focus on training your right forearm until it can't hold anymore gains and they get diverted to your left side, and keep going itnil your left arm finally catches up to your right.

        Farmers is a suboptimal grip exercise because you get quite a lot of assistance from the handles themselves. It's a very good stability and footwork exercise but behind the back holds and fat grip/axle work is much better for building grip.

            there are axle bars used in some strongman/powerlifting events for stuff like deadlifts. think like a truck axle. the diameter of the bar is greater than a normal barbell, which makes gripping it more difficult.

      No, it'd not dumb at all. But suitcase carry (same exercise but with 1 hand only) is better because it works your obliques and core much more.

    When I do farmers carry my arms always are inward and not at my side like pic related.
    Any idea what is causing this?

    Like when I carry groceries in it's always smacking against my legs instead of just being at my side.

            Average is 17 for men, 19 is above average.
            Shoulders don't get larger after puberty, you measure from the joints, not from the deltoids.
            So you can't increase your shoulder size natty.

    That's kind of weird but I wouldn't worry about it too much. Just set them both down when your weak hand fails and eventually they will be more balanced.

    Has anyone tried farmers for longer distances or times? Treating it like an endurance exercise. Like 10-20 minutes on a stair machine with 25-50 lbs per hand.

    I broke my radius on my left arm and my left forearm is JUST'd

    I just do curls and wrist rolls and a lot of shit to focus on that left forearm on my arm day. So far idk if I've made any progress lol it takes fricking forever to balance that shit out
