I did it before, literally just stop. The hunger pangs are annoying but if you can mind over matter them, you're fine. After a couple days you stop feeling it.
However there's no reason to fast. Its going to stunt your growth. Just lift more and eat more protein.

Skip a meal every other day until that meal is passable. Once that meal is passable totally, do the same thing for another meal. If your lifting weights don’t waste your time and just add a 50 minute cardio session

make chicken stock, don't eat all day, drink the chicken stock at the end of the day, repeat. It's a good way to ease into a multi day fast

Stock has some protein in it, much more likely to disturb the fast.
However in both cases it depends what you're fasting for.
Also OP if you are really weak-minded then licorice tastes pretty sweet, so although it won't be a perfect fast licorice tea would help too.
