I don't care about the losing of the weight. My diet is optimizing my health, something weight loss alone won't achieve. (Further reading: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TOFI)
That guy lost 100 lbs in 15 months, he could've lost that with cutting calories and eating multiple meals. If you are going to take that long you might as well skip fasting, or is he conflating time restricted eating (also called intermitent fasting) with actually fasting (going 24 hours or longer without food)?
>he could've lost that with cutting calories and eating multiple meals.
I do fasting because I can have 2 really good meals like I used to before "dieting", also muh autopaghy that sounds like a good bonus if it's real.
Overall I'm feeling pretty good and still pumping newbie gains, I've lost 30lbs and finally I'm not a fat fuck, just an overweight bastard.
even for 6'1" 100 lbs of fat is a significant amount of weight. ballparking a guess he's 10-12% on the right, so rough estimate of 142 lean mass. That means at 260 he was 45-46% BF. I just have a hard time believing there's over a 30% reduction between the two pics.

losing any faster would give him tons of excess skin
That's a myth.
>tilting your head at a very high angle to high the excess chin skin still
there is zero chance there's a 100 lb difference in those pictures.
yeah its 98lbs
hes fat as shit on the left and very lean on the right so why couldnt it be 100lbs?

He had more like 180lbs of lean mass on the left. He lost 40lbs+ of muscle as well. Don't underestimate fat legs as well.

I don't believe that for a fucking second
i was 280 at 6'4 and had much less fat on my upper body than him. people carry fat different ways.
Manlet detected
his 162 is right on the money for 6'1. Bear in mind we can't see his legs and ass, he probably had a ton of fat down there
From subhuman to LTN
How the fuck is that 100lbs for 6'1"? First weigh in must have been after a large meal while last weigh in was in the morning after pissing.
