Eat enough protein, workout and cut/fast
You will lose some muscle but it will be mostly fat. Also re-gaining the muscle you used to have is a lot easier than making new gains.

Gaining on a fast if you are trying to burn is counter productive, it will be easier to focus on cutting and then gaining after.
Just do low/no carb + fast 16:8 is solid, do more if you can, but focus on one and then do the other for best results

Well I want to cut down as fast as possible. I’m going to the beach soon with some friends and I realize I look disgusting so I wanted to cut as much as possible. Can I just fast for 3 days and then eat like 1000 calories and then go again for another 3 days?
Ok, then fast for 20:6, hit some HIITs in your lifting, eat lean and clean at 1500 cals and do it everyday until its beach day, also dehydrate yourself on beach day
But the thing is I already don’t eat that much during the day. I know I’m still fat as shit but I seriously maybe drink a protien shake when I wake up and eat like pasta and a salad when I get home, which is already under 1500 calories and I don’t lose any fat. That’s why I’m saying I need to take more drastic measures because the 16:8 shit isn’t working for me

Damn, I just calculated how much food I ate in the last 24 hours and it totals up to about 1000 calories. 2 hamburgers, no sauce with bacon 1 slice of cheese, vegetables, about 7 chips and coffee with cream. I need 1800 for extreme weight loss.
