keto is different from a low carb diet. keto is absolutely dropping your carb to < 20g to none. low carb is roughly 150-200g per day. you can workout and still do fine with less calories, you just need to replenish your electrolytes. eat less is all i have to say
also for you to get 200grams of protein a day doing keto you need to eat 4000 calories

You can eat all the chocolate you want if you're still in deficit or make it up by eating even less on another day. I ate chocolate yesterday and my total was 1700 kcal. I ate 2800 on another day and only ate 1000 on the next. Shit ain't hard.

This is why, fasting for 12 hours isn't going to do shit. IF didn't start working for me until I decided to do 20/4. Literally just increase your fasting window, you are probably eating too many calories even if you think you aren't.
