>low carb diet
>12/12 IF
>5k run every other day
>at least 15k steps daily
>some weightlifting in between

And yet i just can't lost my belly and love handles. It's demoralizing and i am wondering if i should stop eating at all at this point because NOTHING SEEMS TO WORK!

      I am on a deficit. My face. arms and legs look good, lost some fat for sure. Maybe i am impatient...

      It's just weird that my face got skinny so quickly but that it takes forever to lose belly fat.

        keto is different from a low carb diet. keto is absolutely dropping your carb to < 20g to none. low carb is roughly 150-200g per day. you can workout and still do fine with less calories, you just need to replenish your electrolytes. eat less is all i have to say

            You can eat all the chocolate you want if you're still in deficit or make it up by eating even less on another day. I ate chocolate yesterday and my total was 1700 kcal. I ate 2800 on another day and only ate 1000 on the next. Shit ain't hard.

    This is why, fasting for 12 hours isn't going to do shit. IF didn't start working for me until I decided to do 20/4. Literally just increase your fasting window, you are probably eating too many calories even if you think you aren't.

      if you think you're on a caloric deficit and you're still gaining/not losing weight, you are not on a caloric deficit. you just have to eat less, fatty.

    i've done intermittent fasting (which used to work)
    i've counted my calories and seen i was on a caloric deficit.
    keep in mind i take ALL supplements and cook at home.

    it takes me 4 days of working out per week to barely not get fatter.
    you CANT defeat slavic beer belly genes without CHEATING.
    ive even fricked with my hormones, taking tribulus terestris 5 days a week, getting my TEST high.

    people will troll you and tell you "you are not counting your calories. you are not on a deficit!" meanwhile some hood Black person eats mcdonalds $oy burgers and is ripped as frick without working out hehe.

    dont listen to the people here, ive tried EVERYTHING they say. the only thing that works is STEROIDS, DNP, EPHEDRINE and CLEN (which are all deadly lol except anavar)
    and you need to become a park ranger and traverse forests and climb hills 5 times per week all day to lose the belly.
