    >fat is not satiating
That's a huge lie. I used to make protein smoothies regularly and the one thing I could add to make them nearly impossible to finish is coconut oil. Fats are most definitely satiating and you especially want animal fats in your diet.

Also your post has some weird correlation =/=causation bullshit going on. You should read more and talk less

Keto is meant to be a temporary diet for weight loss. You push your body into ketosis so that it uses your body fat as a source of energy. It's literally impossible to lose body fat without going into ketosis. If you were to stay in ketosis you'd drop down to 0% body fat and fricking die. You're just fricking stupid obviously everyone alive eats fricking carbs.

its literally impossible to lose weight without caloric deficit. thats why you lost weight, but which weight muscle fat or dehydration I do not know. probably muscle since carbs were made for them and the brain. you sound very smart and sure of yourself and ready to defend your point but reality is what it is. cico.

        >potatoes are more satiating than peanuts
I have to eat my peanuts as fast as possible when I'm bulking otherwise I will become extremely satiated and struggle to eat any more food. Meanwhile I can eat potatoes all day with no problems at all. Your graph is shit tbh

Post body dyel, you won't. Fats and proteins are satiating, carbs are not. When I started cutting awhile ago the first thing I did was slash an enormous amount of carbs from my diet while only taking out a little bit of fat and protein. So far I have been losing weight at the correct rate while my hunger is barely any higher than when I was bulking. Cope more

Protein is satiating, then carbs, then fats at the very bottom.

Fat is also more calorie dense, meaning they take up less bulk and surface area for more calories.

Then explain to my why the frick peanuts are so satiating then, I can hardly eat anything after finishing them while I can easily go for more after finishing a carb-heavy meal.

                > Then explain to my why the frick peanuts are so satiating then,
How many calories of peanuts? How many calories of “carb” foods? Are your tracking this?

                Anonymous

I usually eat between 200-400kcal of peanuts (about 4-7 tbsp I think), and even that small quantity is quite satiating. When I was bulking I was eating 12 dried dates a day (I can't fricking find a consistent source for how many calories they have for whatever reason) and I could eat all of them and my hunger wouldn't change at all. I cut them and some other carb-heavy foods out entirely when I started cutting and my hunger has only increased marginally.

I don't track calories/macros personally, I just track my weight and eat more or less depending on whether I'm on target or not. The amount of food I eat on a day to day basis doesn't fluctuate too much so it works pretty well.

Fair enough, they're pretty much pure sugar but I had to do what I had to do lol. But even on other more traditional carb sources like rice, bread, potatoes, etc, they don't do much to my hunger unless I eat quite a lot of them. I'd probably have to eat like 3x as many calories worth of those to get the same satiation as peanuts, meat, eggs, or any other high fat and/or protein food source.

    >Fat is not satiating
Post body dyel, this is complete bullshit. I eat carbs so that I can actually get enough calories when I'm bulking, if I tried to get more calories from fats I would never be hungry and I would be torturing myself trying to finish a meal when I'm already satiated after eating only a quarter of it. Fat is the primary thing that nukes my appetite, while the more carbs I eat, the more hungry I become.

interesting, for me its a balanced diet that cures hunger. until I need to pig out for a day with 3000 calories or something, but you are addicted to something if you eat a potato and then you just want more potatoes. that is very strange, and I can eat as much olive oil as I want, I feel nothing thus I dont eat much. anyways keto and ketolards are strange indeed.

Centenarians ate far more animal foods than younger people. Traditional diets are high in animal protein-fat and relatively low in carbs. They don't track macros or even know what "keto" is. Sorry to burst your bubble.

    https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/1407826/

    >Okinawa Prefecture where life expectancies at birth and 65 were the longest in Japan, and a sample from Akita Prefecture where the life expectancies were much shorter. Intakes of Ca, Fe, vitamins A, B1, B2, C, and the proportion of energy from proteins and fats were significantly higher in the former than in the latter. Intakes of carbohydrates and NaCl were lower.
